Apostolos G. Psarros is a Research Engineer in the area of Maritime Transport in the School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering (NA&ME) at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He has a Diploma in NA&ME from NTUA (1997), an M.S. (2001) in NA&ME (Marine Systems Management) from NTUA, and works for his Ph.D. in NA&ME from NTUA as well. His main scientific areas of interest are maritime logistics and shipping finance. He has been working for the past two years for the development and implementation of the Management Information System of the administration of NTUA.
Mr. Psarros is member of various scientific and professional societies in Greece including the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers and the Technical Chamber of Greece. Apart from his Greek mother tongue, he is fluent in English and Spanish and speaks also Italian.
